Hydrating your body
We all know that we have to pay attention to the pH levels in pools and fish tanks, some of us may have. We happily do it cause we want what is best for swimming or a healthy environment for our aquarium life.
Did you know that our bodies have a pH level that requires hydrating and maintenance too? That's right!
Our bodies are made up of 70% water, our brains about 85-90%. Doesn't it make sense to educate about proper hydration and the types of water we put into our systems everyday from various sources? I think so!
Here's an example of what I mean,
If we have an acidic pH level in our bodies we are creating an environment for harmful and potentially life threatening diseases such as cancer, diabetes, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel issues and so many more.
But....
If we have more of an alkaline pH level in our bodies, our cells are healthy and able to fight off so many health issues that deteriorate out health without us even realizing its actually doing so.
Our bodies require maintenance for hydration just as it does nutrition. All we have to do is simply consider what alkalizing, anti oxidizing and really hydrating ourselves can do for out health along with balanced nutrition.
